「The place was clean and nice the space was good. Has everything you need unless you wanted to cook . They do have laundry in the space which was awesome to have. Would stay there again.」

「We truly enjoyed our stay here. Apartment was comfortable, everything working as expected, well stocked with supplies (paper towel, laundry/dishwashing pods) and parking was easy. Check in check out was easy. Area is great, there is a Harris Teeter and 2 good restaurants (Crafty Burger and Cool Fish) a short walk away. We also walked out to a store that rented E-bikes and took a scenic ride through the town of Davidson and the greenway. 」

「Terrible. Construction was going on starting early in the morning and going on all day. We left early because of how uncomfortable we were. Asked for a partial refund and were ignored. Was recouping from cancer treatment andthe constant loud noise made it very difficult. We were not told ahead of time the whole complex was under construction.The building was cold and not very clean. Would definitely not recommend staying at this complex.」

「This spot was perfect for my wife and l. We where in short distance to restaurants and the strip. We booked tickets to this nice jazz spot that was only 5min away from the apartment. I do recommend this apartment. The host was quick to respond to my question and the video guide was extremely helpful for checking in. 」
