“We really liked the location! It was a great central spot for everything we had planned, from a Braves game to Kennesaw Mountain and Marietta Square. The host was also easy to communicate with and always responded quickly when we had a question.”

“The unit itself was okay. It was reasonably clean, though we did spot roaches and a few other bugs during our stay. The shower ran cold our first day, but I’ll give the host credit — we messaged him and he had it fixed quickly and without any hassle. The bigger issue was the property as a whole, which is in real need of repairs and upkeep. From the driveway all the way to the common area where you access the unit, things felt neglected. “Almost perfect, but some things to be aware of:Lovely little duplex style property, upper unit is occupied. Nice area of town and easy to find/access. No real complaints on our end, but there are some things that future customers might want to know:There are kids that live above, and they STOMP! “I notified the host only a few hours after accidentally booking the wrong days. They refused to give me a refund at all, even though I notified them very quickly. They were unreasonable and completely just took my money for nothing.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The host was communicative and helpful with clear instructions for checking in and checking out, parking, etc. The carriage house was mostly clean (save for some stains on the underside of the comforter). A note about the bed: If you like a VERY soft sleeping experience, this is the place for you.
