「The sheets had holes in them and were stained. The floor was dirty. The window had air coming in it all night and whistled. The bathroom light quit working in the middle of the night. The trash receptacles in front of the building were both overflowing with trash on the ground.」

「I expected an older property but not in the condition this one is. The outside doors do not lock and there are junk cars and garbage all around the property. People live at the hotel so kids run the halls for their playground. Lots of dogs that bark all the time. The halls smell of pot and I don’t know what. The pool is permanently closed. The rooms bedding is thin and wore out. There is a broken spot in the floor in front of the toilet. Definitely not a 7.4 hotel. 」

「The room was clean and comfortable and climate control worked well. The pet fee was reasonable, BUT there needs to be more parking lot lighting to make it safe to walk dogs, and there needs to be a trash container for bagged pet waste. The lack of lighting was a BIG problem. Only one working outdoor light on the far end of the building.」

「No coffee in rooms」

「I would've thought that you would at least get a coffee pot in your room, but NO! It didn't offer any amenities at all. The pillows are lumpy and the bed is hard.」
