"It was a very busy day. There was a cheer competition and the Dallas Christmas parade all on the same day. Our checkin was quick and painless. The staff was kind and courteous. We were in a room at the end away from the cheer kiddos so it was a comfortable and quiet night. Will stay again. "

"However, the entrance of the hotel was dirty- especially coaches- and cleaning was being done at 9pm which should be early in the morning, all dusts wiped through to us while having coffee. Hotel is one the cleanest one not only in TX also around the Country. "
