The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was absolutely amazing. However, the entire stay we had not one hot bath during the winter. The water was ice cold even after running it for 30 mins. It was extremely uncomfortable.

We stay here alot. Rooms are always clean. I love their pillows and comforter! We don't like to drive in Dallas when it gets dark, so having a restaurant on site is wonderful. The restaurant/ bar manager, Mo, is exceptional. If he's off, Erika serves exceptional service as well. We think of them as our family in Dallas! They are so caring ! All the hotel staff from check in to check out are friendly and accommodating!!
