Good spot for a weekend

Location of building was great, went to Dallas for a sports weekend. Close to American Airlines center and the cotton bowl. Close to interstate for making the trip to AT&T Stadium. Building has an oddly weird smell. Assume it’s the floor cleaner or something. Didn’t notice inside apartment but bags and clothes definitely still have the scent. Started to become unpleasant. Only one bed and couch doesn’t pull out. I don’t know how this place could sleep four and I’m glad only 3 of us stayed. Pool is very nice and clean. Fully shaded during the day so if you’re looking to hangout in the sun it’s not the spot.

the building is an apt complex. it seems all the apps are rented out thru vrbo so the rooms are furnished reasonably but the hallways and foyer, etc are bare, unfinished and tacky. The room is functional but there was a smell that was insidious and got into all my clothes and luggage that seemed moldy and putrid. It even got into my leather backpack bag. it took days to air out the smell and multiple washes of my clothes to get the smell out. terrible!

Enjoyed our stay

The rental was great! Location was perfect for what we were looking for. Easy walk to Kay Bailey Convention Center. It was stocked with all the necessities and is a cute property. Two things that kept it from perfect. Water pressure in bathroom was almost nil. There was a small stream in the bathroom sink which made brushing teeth difficult. The pressure in shower was also very slow. Took my daughter and me a long time to wash and rinse our hair. The other issue was the bed. The king size is great but it’s hard. Not just hard (I prefer firm so I’m not afraid of a solid mattress) but concrete floor hard. If the couch had been a little longer, I would have slept there. Overall, it was above expectations.

Beautiful little getaway

I really liked the apartment! It was in a good location walking distance from a lot of places. Check in process was kinda confusing because this is a shared building with a hotel so it took us a minute to figure it out and then getting into the actual unit. Very clean and spacious with great view. The selfie wall was perfect too!
