It took over half an hour to check-in, even though I had made a reservation prior to my arrival. After I was checked in the individual insisted I move my vehicle before I unloaded my luggage, very rude in my opinion. You can only enter the building through the front lobby and the door is locked from 11pm-5am, between those hours you will need to call to have them open the door, should they decide to answer the phone. The hotel was very dirty, gross, and poorly taken care of. The room I received had different, lower quality, bedding than pictured in my reservation and the heating/ cooling unit was so loud it was unbearable to have on. The shower head and drain had so much build up I didn’t bother to try and use it. I had to use my hotspot for internet because a WIFI password was not provided from the hotel and based off how the hotel was kept I assumed it didn’t work anyway, plus dealing with the rude hotel clerk again didn’t seem worth my time or comfort. It seems like they purchased the building without factoring in the cost to upkeep the hotel, or just don’t care. I’m doing my best not to think about the cleanliness of the bedding I slept in. How this place has a positive rating is beyond me. I’m extraordinarily disappointed in my stay and will not be returning, I would suggest you do the same.

Terrible Service

I checked in with my spouse on Jan 15th and was assigned a room. As it was late in the night, we directly crashed without checking the bathroom. Next day, when we entered the bathroom, the bathtub had stains and we requested to change the room. The manager denied the request stating we should have intimated the same earlier. I requested to change the room by checking out and checking in, which was denied again. We were told that we could only checkin at 3 PM and couldn't wait in the lobby. We were very disappointed with the service and lack of understanding on the manager's part.

terrible from start to finish. first, I prepay for a reservation still asked me to put card on file while not authorizing it. so free credit card info just sitting in this desolate dump. 2nd, during check in I was asked if I had guest, I said yes. my reservation said for 2. not even in the room for 10 mins the front desk comes calling saying that I brought someone in the hotel. apparently they can't afford maids but can afford state of the art cameras. the robot at the front desk calledEASILY 10 times to the room and when is finally had enough and made the 3 trek to the front desk from my room, he comes flying down the hallway like he was gon do something!!! I'm just glad that the lord retransitioned me because that old man was about to have holy hands put on him. safe to say never staying again. It's dirty, roaches, and elevator from 1960. not worth two pennies.
