讚好：整潔度、登記入住、聯絡溝通、地點和房源資料準確度
The room was clean, though the carpet had a big pink stain that looked like koolaid had been spilled on it. The room was very big, which was great! Bathroom was nice, all amenities were great. Typical continental breakfast in the morning which was nice to have. Garbage in the hallway was overflowing and three bags on the floor in the hallway by elevators. Directions were not accurate- sent us to the wrong side of the freeway into the business district, and it was late at night so it was disconcerting. I had to look up the hotel based on my memory of the picture in the ad and thankfully found it- don’t know how I would have otherwise. That needs to be updated. But it was a fine place to spend the night after flying in to Dallas pretty late.
