The Space:

We are delighted to welcome you to our charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment. Situated on the top floor, it boasts a breathtaking view of Downtown Dallas and provides everything you need for a flawless, worry-free stay.



The open-plan living and dining area features contemporary furnishings and LED lighting that surpass expectations. The bedroom serves as a private sanctuary with its own impressive nighttime vista. Large glass windows bathe the space in natural light, complementing the warm ambiance created by wooden floors and finishes.



There are 8 beds available, accommodating a total of 16 people.



BEDROOM / LIVING ROOM

This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom space features stylish interior design with carefully selected amenities and decor. The well-furnished layout allows for easy transitions and a comfortable setting.



The bedroom features two full-size bunk beds with luxury foam mattresses, pillows, linens, and sheets, ensuring a comfortable sleep experience. There's also a 4K 50” HDR Smart TV for entertainment, a work desk with an office chair for productivity, and a convenient walk-in closet for storage. The second bedroom, separated by large curtains in the living room area, includes two queen beds and one king bed, accommodating additional guests. A sofa bed provides extra sleeping space, complemented by a 4K 58” HDR Smart TV with access to Netflix for entertainment. A coffee table completes the cozy setup for relaxation and socializing.

Other Things to Note:

Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in according to the Building Parking Policy.



Below are some examples that will be turned away at the time of check in:



1. Breathalyzer cars, Jerry-rigged or unsound controls, faulty brakes.

2. Large Vehicles - Includes sprinter vans, long economy vans, 10 passengers or more, anything lifted beyond height maximum 6'8

3. Dually Trucks or service trucks - very wide wheel wheels or lockers and containers. (too dangerous to maneuver in the garage.)

4. Anything lifted after-market or with larger custom rims and tires.

5. Motorcycles or tricycles other than car-type controls.



Pets are welcome depending on their size, but please inform us beforehand and confirm your intention to bring a pet to avoid potential cancellations. An additional cleaning fee per pet will be applied.



Fees for bringing a pet vary based on the length of your stay: for stays of 1 to 4 nights, there is a $25 per night charge per pet; for stays of 5 to 29 nights, there is a $200 fee per pet; and for stays of 30 nights or more, the fee is $300 per pet.



Please note that the company is not liable for any building maintenance or repairs.



PRIOR GUEST VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED



To comply with legal obligations and property security protocols, you may be required to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, complete our verification process, and possibly undergo a background check. Rest assured, this information is strictly used for screening purposes and is not stored or used for any other purposes.



All guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay. By making a reservation, you agree to:



Before booking, guests must adhere to our rental terms and conditions, provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in, undergo a background check if required by property management or the owner as specified in the rental agreement and booking terms, and complete our verification process to receive check-in instructions.



Guests must provide the necessary information within 24 hours of booking (within 1 hour for same-day bookings). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification criteria.
