I was disappointed with my visit, I wish a would have been properly informed of a complete renovation inside and out on property, I felt they were hiding that fact. The pool was closed and not available for use. The gym was closed. The floors hallways were a mess and the elevator was a mess. The room itself has been recently renovated but the make ready of room was not complete. The room was lacking small basic amenities that should be apart of any room. I was glad to have a more modern room, but it could have been better if a manager just walked through the unit and corrected what needed attention. I hope they take a little more pride in the future with the appearance of the floors and elevator. Even when under renovation and construction. The cleaning crew should be keeping up with the messes.

They are renovating so I understand the construction but when the TV don't work in the room the bathroom door don't close and the hot water is cold water and you ask for another room and they don't transfer to another room now you have a problem breakfast eggs only everyday know me ever I've been there several case this is not my first step they blame it on the renovation that's a lie they're only certain eggs and call it a breakfast.

My mistake on witch la Quinta I was booking, this hotel from hell, has zero stars. Been under construction for over a year, no parking, $50 credit deposit, room was very out dated, dirty, bedding smelled old, bathroom tub was dirty, floor was broken, wifi cable was a joke. Over priced, hall carpet was trashed, stained bags of food out, no work out, no pool, breakfast was microwave eggs, muffin, old cereal. Still waiting on my deposit back. I stayed once before, A/c broken, toilet broken, my uniform and new shoes where stolen, front desk said sorry cameras where off, bs! To charge the guest $89. Dollars and not have all the amenities on line promoted, is absolutely ripping guest off. We realize there's no customer service these days, and most ppl have no other option but to book for convenience. BBB should look into the property owners, they are making as much as the higher end hotels, and hurting, robbing the American ppl. I write reviews on everything I buy, or book, or travel to. Shopping, dining, staying. Customer service ce has really dropped since 2015. Everywhere. It's extremely rare to get it, and I'm the first to throw reviews up with as many stars as I can, honestly. The La Quinta inn on highway 80 & Beltline gets zero stars. No cancellations or I would have immediately. yes I survived last night, did not sleep, and still hungry and waiting on my deposit. 🙁

The property was in bad shape, the inspector closed down the 3 floor we where on, they movsd us into aroom that was not livible had to leave early. As soon as we could get somewhere else to go. The property is being renovated and I believe it should not be rented until a major part of the renovation is complete; there were roaches in the room and bathroom; the floor and carpet were dirty; the bathtub was rusted and the shower was not working great. It is outrageous that the room rent was more than $300 per night for this place and they even took a $50 deposit. I recommend Expedia do 'Due Deligence' before putting such properties on the list. For unwary and budget minded customers like us this really shakes our faith in Expedia recommendations.

Worst hotel experience we have ever had. First night we were given a room that was filthy and gross…hair in the bed, floors weren’t clean. Bathroom faucet handle was not attached, drapes were stained and one looked like blood streaks, couch cushions were heavily stained and pullout mattress was also stained, there was no smoke detector only a hole where it should have been, phones did not work. It was after 1AM so what were our options? None at that point. Early next morning we requested a move which they did quickly but without apologies. We had to move our own luggage but left immediately to make it to our prearranged appointment. Upon returning and getting cleaned up go the evening we discovered that the toiled did not work. I went down to the desk to report it but since it was Sunday the maintenance guy was unavailable. Again, no options. We had to use the lobby bathrooms. Middle of the night bathroom needs meant getting dressed and going downstairs to the lobby. Next morning, I spoke with hotel staff. They flowered to move us again, which we agreed to, but since there were no rooms avaliable we had to carry our luggage in our car for the day. The hotel called us to advise us that we had a new room. Upon returning, we got new room keys from the night guy who commented that they gave us a renovated room because we had reserved a delux suite and it wasn’t fair that we were given the other rooms instead. This is room number three in less than 48 hours. This room was an impro

The building needs to be closed down. They had major water damage, and the building shows signs of neglect rather than attempts to genuinely fix it. I suspect the owners have tried to cover up the problems with the building multiple times already. Bathroom faucet handle was broken, there was a hole in the wall, mold on the ceiling and walls, curtains had water damage, mildew smell in the stairwell, etc.

I came up to property and it looked very damaged and an unsafe structure. Walked in and checkin went ok. Went to 3rd floor and OMG what a disaster. Looked like I walked into a tornado ridden disaster. Dirty floor and debris and construction everywhere. I got into my room, tv didn’t work, roaches everywhere, bathroom commode had no running water and hairs all over the bed. The floor looked and felt like it was gonna cave fall under. I called front desk over and over and no answer. I checked out in the AM and I told man about all my issues expecting credit or a refund and all he said sorry we are currently remodeling! Worst hotel on the face of this earth! Horrendous!!

Hotel is conveniently located near everything. Location is being remodeled, so when we arrived we weren’t sure if the hotel was open. Staff was friendly. Rooms are a bit dated but was priced accordingly.

The place was under construction when we stayed there, and it should’ve been condemned. Construction materials, everywhere, drywall dust, through the whole building, black mold in the bathrooms, stains in the carpet, broken glass in the parking lot, completely unbelievable. Filthy and disgusting. I’ve stayed in $39 a night. Hotels that were twice as nice and clean. Stay away!

Had a water leak everywhere previously, the ceiling was falling down. Dirty water in the lights, the place stunk.

Sad old hotel, being remodeled.
TV remote missing, they could not replace. Pool and Gym closed until further notice. Ice machine did not work.

The first thing i saw when i entered my room was a big roach crawling across the floor. This was after i had to walk back to the front desk to get the clerk to open my door because the key didn’t work. Later i had to ask him to come back because the TV was not working. Then i found that i had to manually stop the toilet from continuing to run every time i flushed it. I had chosen this site because of the low rate they offered. I guess i should have remembered that you get what you pay for. On the brighter side, the hotel was obviously upgrading the bathrooms and making other improvements.
