One block away from the Marina with exceptional boat rentals.

The house was clean but it’s not on the lake, it’s on the marina with boats.
The stay wasn’t bad at all , but you must be very quiet because it’s a duplex and the neighbors complain. We wasn’t at the house and received a complaint while we were gone. The only noise we made was playing music on our iPhone ( not speakers or surround sound) but a phone. But the landlord did communicate very well with us on the complaint.

Don't believe the hypee
This place was not what was expected. When we walked in, we discovered a large leak from the toilet of the bathroom outside the 2 bedrooms. The water was everywhere and the cut off valve was not fully shutting off the water. There were no tools, no mop, nothing. We ended up using most of the towels, a Tupperware and several hours of our time to get the leak to stop. The owner never sent in a plumber so that bathroom was out of use the entire stay. The main TV in the living room was unwatchable because of a sound issue. And don't think you can hang out outside. No one ever brought in the cushions, so the furniture is unusable. Add the black bugs that were either roaches or water bugs and you get the stay. Owner offered to send us back $100 (we paid that for early check in of 2 hours, all of which was spent on his leak). Never got that or more that we requested. Just got ghosted. And VRBO itself is of no help. Renters beware.
