Looking for the right place during your work assignment? Or perhaps a perfect place for your weekend get away? SoCozyToo Exec Suite is a 2nd-story chic, vintage abode filled with light, lots of windows, open, and very large rooms (1900 sq ft total).

An oasis! A back yard with beautiful fencing and the perfect place to feel serene, yet in the heart of an urban, amazing neighborhood convenient to everything, literally, everything. All outdoor spaces, including three individual sitting spaces, are available to everyone!

PARKING: One reserved and covered parking space is available for your use behind a private, gated fence with remote access! Also, street parking is safe and available at no cost.

Guests are welcome to use anything outside or inside. In our world, we believe in Southern hospitality where we like for everyone to feel welcome, plus we like to share!

We interact with guests as little or as much as they prefer to ensure their stay is tailored and bespoke to their preferences!

We are available via phone and text so we can meet all of your needs, and even spoil you just a little : )

OMG it's so convenient with an urban vibe - but super serene with birds, rabbits, and squirrels. Walk and enjoy park two blocks away, and enjoy uptown, downtown, Oaklawn neighborhoods. It's vintage charm with diverse architecture. Bikes and exercising is easy and fun!

Uber and/or Lyft are easy and ready on demand within two-three minutes. Also, bus stop just around the corner.

Speaking of buses (and rail), Dallas-Fort Worth also has an app called ‘GoPass’. This app is public transportation made easy in DFW. Purchase your bus and rail tickets right from your phone. And the Trip Planner feature gives you step by step directions with ETA for two-three unique travel options from place of origin to your destination.

Buy your DART, The T, TRE and DCTA tickets through the GoPass app, available for Android phones and iPhones.

The app is FREE from the Googl Play Store or Apple App Store. Before you can use the app to purchase tickets, you must register your phone number in a one-time setup.

All tickets are delivered to your phone as "Not Yet Activated." You can purchase tickets up to 60 days in advance of using them. You must activate your ticket before boarding and show the ticket on your smartphone to the bus driver or fare enforcement officer when required.

No smoking inside - smoking allowed outside only as long as doors and windows to home are closed while smoking.

No parties allowed.

Parking is behind a private, gated fence accessed with a remote control. There is one covered, reserved parking place. Additionally, street parking is available and complimentary.

We are very pet friendly with a fenced yard designed with your pet in mind!

The unit is not shared with anyone else, plus it comes with washer and dryer.

Walk to CVS and 24 hour 7-11 only one block away for after hour purchases.

Trash bins: There are two gray trash bins on side of house for regular trash. And there are two blue recycle bins also on side of house.
We are super happy that you've chosen us for your stay!! Welcome y'all! Now most of us don't like rules .... I know, I know .... but .... at least we say it with a smile ... : )

So, let's just lay this one out on the table right up front .... haha .... we don't care what you smoke as long as you're smoking it 'outside'. We have zero tolerance for any type of smoking inside, including smoking through a cracked window or an open door. Now let's move on with a few other items so that we can get to the fun stuff, you know, the purpose of your stay:

1). Our furry friends are like humans, and by the way, we love them too! We have a dedicated Poop Station in corner of back yard. Please use the poop bags provided to pick up after your pet and dispose in 'green' waste receptacle in back yard. Please do not place poop bags in regular garbage cans nor the garbage receptacles provided by City of Dallas.

2). Our standard pet fee is $50 per pet for your entire stay.

3). Please be courteous of others in outside common areas and reduce outside noise to a minimum starting at 10:00 pm in the evening. Please remember that all three houses on the property are occupied by other Airbnb guests who want to have just as much fun or relax or carry-on or sleep as much as you do!

4). Please walk softly and remove shoes inside the home - oh darn! They can be taken off at front/back entries to reduce noise to residence underneath - it's part of the charm of a 1920s home with beautifully restored wood floors! They are both beautiful and 'loud' - haha - to your neighboring guests!

Now that #s 1-4 are out of the way, please 'Relax and Forget' about your worries ...... And allow us to make your stay even more comfortable and cozy by calling on us anytime! And we mean that y'all!
