「很簡潔迅速的入住手續，櫃檯服務人員有問必答，服務態度很好，也提供需要換零錢搭公車的服務。 即使不是新穎的旅館，空間也並非寬敞，但是地點在市區而且就價位而言，已經無可挑剔。在餐廳門口有提供免費的咖啡機和熱水，很方便。地點就在公車站前面，附近也有超市和餐廳，離安徒生博物館很近。」

「Personalet i receptionen tog rigtig godt imod mig og de var flinke til at fortælle både om hotellet og hvad byen tilbyder. Jeg ankom sent og var sulten, så det var dejligt at få anbefalinger til aftensmad i Odense.」

「The hotel is very conveniently located, pretty much on top of the main station. It's only a 10-15min walk from the city centre, and everything you will need for attractions, entertainment and food, is within this radius. The room was reasonably priced; well-stocked; comfortable, and clean. The check in and out processes were easy, and the staff were very polite. Overall, I had a nice time here, and I would stay here again if I returned to Odense.」

「Clean and spacious hotel. No bad smell. Shower and wifi is ok. The bed is comfortable.My double bed is two single beds putting together. I don‘t know the design in the other room. The breakfast is simple but ok. Some milk and cornflakes, breads, bacon, egg, sausage etc. Only one combined body and hair shampoo is provided. It seems no air-conditioner in the room. But a fan and iron are provided. There is heater and warm enough in winter. Enough table and chair. It is a lovely hotel for me.」

It was very large, but there was no shower walls or a bathroom, just a small shower curtain that didn’t prevent any water from getting all over the room. At the same time, some of the floor tiles were broken, and the water seeked in under the tiles, creating brownish water all over the floor…」
