「One of our favorite properties of all time! So well appointed and well designed. Loved the pedestrian friendly neighborhood sandwiched between two restaurant/local shop areas. Will def rent again! 」

「The property was well maintained. It wasnt far to walk to get downtown and the waterfront. We were very lucky to be able to park in the driveway, but there were spaces to park on the street as well. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was very clean. We enjoyed it very much.」

「The lobby and hallways look great but the room I got was pretty run down. The mattress sagged so badly that I couldn't sleep on the side closest to the night table. The bathroom was worse- there was black mold on the ceiling and the tub glaze, caulk and grout were discolored and in poor condition. When I got home I found that my card had been charged an additional $200 for a $29 daily "amenity fee" which was not disclosed when I booked the room. 「I think this is our fourth stay! We really enjoy the ability to settle in with our fur babies and be able to cook in the well outfitted kitchen. The location, for us, is perfect as we are between Battle Ground and Portland to visit family and friends. Love being able to do laundry because when we’re here we’re usually staying for at least a week. There is train noise, but we haven’t found it to be a huge issue. Thanks for another great stay!」

「Cute and quiet spot in North Portland. Check in was easy and it was a great place to rest our heads after a long day. There was plenty of parking on the side streets, and more than enough room to accommodate our vehicle and cargo trailer. We appreciated the popcorn for a midnight snack! 」

「A very comfortable space to relax in after you return from exploring Portland. This three bedroom home had everything we needed to meet our expectations. The beds were super comfortable top quality mattresses and bedding. We were provided with plenty of supplies and linens. Trevor was very responsive to messaging and checked in with us to make sure everything was as expected. Thank you Trevor we really enjoyed our time in Portland!」

「This property is in a quaint clean neighborhood of Portland. Easy access to everything and walking distance to restaurants and boutiques. The apartment packed a big punch for being small it was perfect for the three of us. 2 nice bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms-which was unexpected. Queen Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Host was very helpful after I had a long day of travel with a Mom who is fragile from cancer. So appreciated everyone. We even saw the cleaning...

「The property is beautiful!! The view and backyard alone is worth the stay. We were able to have a great wedding weekend and the house was very accessible/amenable to even have grandparents join us to help babysit a toddler and a baby for the actual wedding evening. Also, we were able to walk to a playground and nature trails just down the street. It was an easy drive to downtown.」
