"We are impressed by this hotel that is well run by very young group of operation staffs. Not only the convenience of the great location, this is hotel is the best among all those we have stayed while we were in China. Breakfast is great with very good spread, good enough to even to skip lunch and afternoon break. Room was very well cleaned everytime we were back from outings. Thanks to the chamber maids. We will definitely recommend and come back to this hotel if we ever come to Shenzhen again."

"English speaking staff were nearly non existent. Front desk staff Miffy was excellent, very helpful and friendly. Our room had a badly leaky shower hose, more water leaked than coming out of the shower head. Other than that, room was nice and clean, comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. Will stay again."
