Facilities are a bit old but maintained well. Towels and pillow covers are clean. Located in the town of Damyang Meta Province. Easy to access and enjoy Damyang’s touristic spots.

Very good place. 1 Separate bedroom- Very quiet

Excellent for the price. Nice and clean blocks of small buildings, with space around each building. Good parking. Even if not new, the apartment is good, fresh, with a separate bedroom, a good Kitchen/living space.You can cook easily (hotplate, microwave). AIr con. A small terrasse (we were ground, they are bigger on first floor). Wifi is good. Very clean. Good welcoming. Check in/out very easy. A very quiet place. It is walking minutes from "Meta provence" and "Sequoia road" and 5 minutes by car from Bambou forest. Even if 4 walking minutes from "Meta Provence" it is not inside the "complex" and it looks much better than some other "hotels" or "pensions" around. Globally a very good place.

이런게 불편했습니다.

샤워실 샤워기가 고장나서 사용이 불편했음 다른방에는 세면대가 막혀서 사용할 수 없었음 관리인이 즉시 고쳐주기로 약속했음 방이 커서 4명이 충분히 잘 수있으나, 정원을 3명으로 낮춰놓고 1명은 추가요금과 이불값으로 2만원을 더 받았음

좋은곳에 위치하고 평일이어선지 조용하고 주차 편리하고 이렇게 좋기만 했으면 좋았을텐데 다른이용객들이 왜 냄새가 난다하고 화장실 관리가 엉망이란 후기를 올렸는지 욕실에 들어가고 싶지 않았습니다 이렇게 관리 안된 욕실은 첨봅니다쇼파도 버려도 하나도 아깝지 않을정도료 낡고 지저분 합니다 이지역은 다시 오고싶고 또 여러보

기대가 컸다.

심플한 객실임. 침대는 옆사람의 움직임이 그대로 전달되는 유형으로 숙면이 어려웠음. 거실의 소파도 등받이가 없어 아쉬웠고 TV가 좀더 컸더라면 하는 아쉬움. 객실내 인원추가 비용을 지불해도 추가되는 인원에 대한 이불등 침구류비를 별도로 받는다든지 타올 추가에 대해서도 적은 금액이기는 하지만 비용을 징구하는 것이 유쾌하지 않았음. 펜션 주변 환경은 메타세콰이어유원지라 나쁘지 않았으나 숙소는 편한 숙소가 아니었고 같은 가격이면 시내의 고급호텔에 묵을 수도 있겠다 생각했음.

정읍대신 담양숙소, 굿~

5박을 했는데 만족스러운 숙소였어요. 청소상태도 좋았고 개별난방이라 편하구요. 객실앞 주차공간도 좋았습니다. 메타세콰이어길이 도보로 가능했고 그 북적대는곳을 오전에는 한가하게 즐길수있었어요. 정읍에 숙소를 잡으려다가 내장산도 멀지않아서 이곳으로 정했는데 잘한 선택이었어요.
