「Very nice hotel, close to Old Town, City Hall Park and the sea. Hotel is near Mircea cel Batrân thoroughfare and easily accessed via CT Bus from Constanta Train Station. Stefan cel Mare pedestrian area with coffee shops, restaurants, etc is just around the corner. Begin your day with a wholesome breakfast prepared fresh on the premises and served in the top floor restaurant. The top floor view of the sea is an added bonus. Very clean room with good size bathroom where one will find plenty of...

「This hotel was in a fabulous location in the middle of everything — literally surrounded by shops and restaurants. The hotel room contained anything you would ever need, such as vanity kits, shower caps, a desk, a couch, a coffee table, etc. It was large and spotless. I would stay here again for sure. Unfortunately, I had to check out early, so I missed the included breakfast. The hotel building itself is beautiful and historic. So pretty when lit up at night.」

「Very disappointed. Staff were very rude and acted annoyed with us during check in. We had reserved a room with two beds and they put us in a room with only one bed. The WiFi at the hotel only worked on the first floor and not in the rooms. I had to go to the lobby to be able to text. The bar by the lobby was full and loud all night and the lobby was filled with drunk men, mostly local people and not guests of the hotel. I wanted to leave the hotel, but unfortunately, Expedia would not refund the...
