The reception staff were all very friendly, helpful and informative, only issue was cups were never cleaned and had to keep requesting english tea and milk for our room. Otherwise very pleased!

Room was spotless, had oven, dishwasher, washer all really good order. What I was not aware of was this was in the business district so if you were not 15-20mins away in town, there were very little eating places.
