"From the minute I arrived, my stay was excellent! Reception was waiting for me to arrive and was so welcoming and helpful. Dontea walked me to my room, which was very nice and comfortable...and super quiet. I enjoyed the large balcony and the spacious room. Dontea filled me in on the area around the hotel which included a restaurant and beautiful beach both within a 5 minute walk. The hotel offered to arrange transportation to the airport, which was a easy 5 minute drive, as well as provided breakfast to go since I had an early flight. My bed was so comfortable as well. Thus is a wonderful hotel that went the extra mile to ensure I had a great stay. I will definitely recommend the hotel to others."

"Villa Tina was such a great find! The location is excellent, only about 15 minutes from Split Airport. One important thing to know is that the hotel is not actually in Split. I booked it for one night because we needed somewhere convenient to stay before our boat trip, but I would absolutely come back and stay longer. The first thing that impressed me was how incredibly clean everything was. The place was squeaky clean—I was honestly in awe! There is a restaurant right on site, and we had fresh-caught fish for dinner, which was excellent. Breakfast was included and there was plenty to choose from. What really makes this hotel special, though, is the location. The sea is literally across the street! There’s a ladder where you can get directly into the water and plenty of space to lie down, relax, and enjoy the beautiful view. There are also places nearby where you can rent chairs for sunbathing. A grocery store and pharmacy are within walking distance, and you can even rent a small scooter right across the street. I originally chose Villa Tina simply because it was convenient for the airport and our boat trip, but it ended up being a place I would happily return to for an actual stay. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and steps from the sea—highly recommend!"

"Positive: Very clean room and toilets, proximity to services and sympathic owner. To consider: There was no staff at reception desk when I arrived and there was no shuttle to airport as advertised in Expedia."

"Church bells toll Nextdoor so beware if you are a light sleeper. Friendly staff and right near a row of restaurants lining the waterfront. Quiet area. About 25 mins from Split downtown. Five mins by car from airport. Parking available (free I think) Bus station five mins easy walk."

"We stayed as a family of 9, and had the most wonderful time. Klaudija at the agency, Ivana and Ante the owners were very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful, the pictures do't do it justice. There are a lot of stairs but there are rooms on the ground floor for family members who may not be as mobile. Nothing was too much trouble - Ivana and Ante have a taxi firm as well so picked us up at the airport which is only 10 minutes away. This does mean there are planes going over through the day, but it's a small price to pay for the location. The beach is only a 5 minute walk, there are bars and cafes within 10 minutes, and the bakery and supermarket are a few minutes up the hill. Very pleased with the house, the location and the support from the team, will definitely look to book with them again if we come to Croatia in the future."

"Rooms are quite dated but spotlessly clean. Bed very comfy. We were half board. The breakfast was buffet style and had plenty of choice. The evening meal in the restaurant was fabulous. So much choice, very tasty and so much of it. If I was going back to the area, we would stay there again."

"Fantastic Villa, with beautiful views of the bay and Split itself, and well located for trips to Kaštel, Trogir and Split and is less than 15 mins drive from the airport. There are a couple of decent shops down the hill about 5 mins drive, with loads of excellent bars and restaurants in the nearby Gabine and other beaches very nearby.Having two pools is a massive bonus if you have lots of kids in the group and we used the pool table and cinema room quite a bit when they needed to get out of the midday sun. The bedrooms were comfortable with good amenities if a little small and which could do with more storage for clothes etc. Josipa and Davor were super responsive when we needed help with things. If you value your lie in past 7 am you may be a little challenged by the trains, planes, church bells and barking dogs/cockerels but they were only ever a minor intrusion rather than an issue for us. As a bonus for the first time I can remember on holiday I didn’t get a single mosquito bite! I really can highly recommend this villa for a first class, incredibly memorable villa holiday!"
