“Very helpful, we were going to be later than anticipated arriving, phoned to let them know, they reassured us it was no problem, everything was ready for our stay. Check-in at the bar was easy, staff showed us to our studio, staff very cheerful. Food in the pub was great, not just pub grub. Only downside, studio was small.”

“This was a great experience, I am finishing my second masters and this was a great place to be while working at University of Durham. If I had known it was so nice, I would’ve booked a longer stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and I set off the fire alarm using the toaster and they were very patient with me. It was a little warm the only thing that could be a benefit is a fan.”

“We arrived at 11 at night and even though the reservation was made 6 months earlier, they told us they couldn’t acomódate us because they have some issues with the building entrance code and the password they gave us didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it that night. Finally after somebody enter to the building we were able to get in. The apartment was very nice and clean. Great location. But the experience with the property management was terrible.”
