「We had such an amazing stay on this houseboat in Newport Harbor! The location was unbeatable—right on the water with beautiful harbor views, yet still close to all the restaurants & shops. 「The house was clean and comfortable, and had all the comforts of home. My daughters both really appreciated being able to get ready at the light-up vanity, and my husband and I enjoyed having our coffee on the deck every morning. We were just a short commute to all of the sights and activities that we were interested in. 「This is a perfect accommodation if you are dropping your son/daughter off at Roger Williams or any of the neighboring schools. It was clean. It’s in a good neighborhood with secure parking and the uber driver had no problem finding it. The host was flexible and polite. The accommodations are true to fit; it is a tiny house and uses space very efficiently and it was perfect for evenings and relaxing. Access to beds was up a ladder and sleeping was very, very comfortable」

「Stunning views, small house, basic equipment but enough. Cleanliness could have been better, as well as the quality of the available beds. However this didn't interfere with a sence of absolute pleasure that you get from the lovely small house and it's stunning surroundings. Beach very nearby, less than a minute walk.
