- 24-Hour Self Check-In: Check-in any time after 2 PM. Check-out by 10 AM.

- Connectivity: Free fast Wi-Fi and 60` Smart TV with Netflix, and other Streaming Apps.

- Workspace: Contains a comfy chair and a single Murphy bed, office light and desk fan.

- Rooftop Pool: Take a dip and unwind in our rooftop pool or enjoy a little picnic with the city/ocean views at the outdoor area.

- Living Room: Equipped with a three-seater sofa, recliner chair and a wood bench. Fitted with air-conditioning and ceiling fan.

*Please book for a minimum of 3 guests if you need an extra bed made up. *

- Bedroom: Features a queen bed, air-conditioned, ceiling fan and wardrobes for clothes and luggage.

- Breezy Balcony: Enjoy city and ocean views from our relaxing balcony.

Enjoy your stay in our professionally managed and fully equipped space, designed to make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
🔐 Key & Lock Policy
If a locksmith is required due to being locked out, the guest will be responsible for the full cost of the service.
If the door lock or key lockbox needs to be broken or replaced, the guest will also be responsible for those replacement costs.
Any lost or damaged keys or remotes will incur a replacement fee.

👥 On-Site Call-Out Fee
If a team member is required to attend the property for any reason not related to maintenance or our responsibilities as a host, the guest will be charged a $100 call-out fee and $200 after 9pm.

🎉 Parties & Events
• Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Noise complaints or signs of unauthorized events will result in penalties and may lead to the immediate cancellation of the stay.

🚫 Unregistered Guests
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight at the property.
• If someone else will be staying, they must be registered in advance.
• Failure to register additional guests may result in cancellation with no refund or extra charges.

🛏️ Guest Capacity & Room Use
• If the property accommodates more than 2 guests (as shown in the listing), the guest must inform us of the total number of people staying and which rooms will be needed.
• If no other guests are registered, it will be assumed that the booking is only for the person who made the reservation.
• In bookings for 2 guests where the property includes multiple bedrooms, only the main bedroom will be prepared.
• The use of extra rooms is not allowed without prior written approval before check-in. Unauthorized use may result in additional charges.

✅ Respect for the Property
• Treat the apartment with care and respect.
• Do not move or rearrange furniture or decorations.

🧹 Cleanliness
• Keep the property tidy during your stay.
• Please wash dishes and take out rubbish before check-out.
• Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess, stains, or damage.

🔧 Maintenance & Reporting
• If anything breaks, stops working, or needs attention, please report it immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly and avoid further damage.

🕒 Check-in & Check-out Times
• Check-in: After 2:00 PM
• Check-out: Latest 10:00 AM
• Late check-out or early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.

🚭 Smoking & Substances
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and on balconies.
• The use or possession of illegal substances is completely prohibited on the premises, including balconies and outdoor areas.

🐾 Pets
• Pets are not allowed, unless written approval is given prior to booking.

🔌 Energy & Safety
• Turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use.
• No candles, incense, or open flames are allowed inside the apartment.

⚠️ Other Things to Note
• We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or harm that may occur during your stay.
• The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents and may be charged accordingly.
• The host reserves the right to remove the guest from the property at any time during the stay without refund in the following situations:

If the police are called or involved due to noise, illegal substances, inappropriate behavior, or any criminal activity or similar situation.

If the guest violates any of the house rules described above.

If the guest is involved in any criminal or illegal act during the stay.

In all these cases, the removal will be immediate and without refund.
