Welcome To Paradise!
A 5-acre property central to all tourist hot spots in the Top End.
Entering the pet friendly acreage, you will notice the lush gardens and bamboo to the rear.
A large elevated tropical home embraces everyone’s needs with multiple leasing options.
1.) Lease the whole property - including 3 bedrooms upstairs that sleeps 10+, generous living spaces including a spacious kitchen with gas cooking, ample benches & cupboard space. Downstairs host a self-contained apartment plus separate king suite accommodating an office space & lounge.
Closed in common areas with plentiful seating spaces, laundry and activities for the whole family.
Including:
- Chalk board
- Large swimming pool
- Board games & movies

2.) Lease up stairs only with access to all common areas and activities.
3.) Lease downstairs only with access to all common areas and activities.

A bit tired but OK for what we needed

We were a group of 9 adults mostly unrelated so we needed 8 beds. The house is generally a bit tired with all the lounge chairs needing attention. We specifically asked about upstairs showers - yes, there are 2 but they are adjacent so no good for a mixed group of adults - and the stable door on the 2nd toilet makes privacy difficult. We had to ask for the linen to make up a futon as we were not asked what bed configuration we needed. All little things (except the bathroom facilities) but they add up. Did not like the food left in the cupboards as much of it was out of date or opened. We were comfortable enough but only because we were out working all day every day.

Great pool and very roomy older style house. No wifi our entire stay of 11 days. Hot water was solar and cold the majority of our stay . Luke warm for about 3 days out of 11.

Everything was there that we needed except we ran out of WiFi Data and reception for TV not great. Other than that the property is in a quiet private area which was awesome as we haven’t caught up with family for over 2 years with Covid. Highly recommend for large family or groups 😊🌸
