"Staff are friendly and responsive to guests requests. The included breakfast at Bramble is excellent. A daily personal note with snacks delivered by staff was a nice touch during our entire stay. Room is big with king size bed. Housekeeping cleans room daily. The air conditioning is excellent. Hotel at Poblacion location is perfect and easy walk to Bangkerohan, People's Park, Gaisano Mall, Museum, San Pedro Church, City Hall, Quezon Park, Rizal Park, etc. Provides umbrella for guests use. One issue with hotel, shower doesn't drain well."

"The coffee served at breakfast tasted good. It was Davao coffee excelsa. Near to the San Pedro Cathedral walking distance. Staff was courteous and always ready to help. The downside is the room that I got doesn't have a functional TV. The shower head needs replacement. Aircon remote needs to be replaced. Overall stay was good for the price. Anyways, was always out."
