I like the building and rooms, restaurant was good, but theres no hand towels and wash cloth.. Everything was fine.

Decent as long as you don't need good wifi
The hotel was decent and the included breakfast buffet was nice as well. However, the wifi was terrible! When connected it was okay, it just kept disconnecting, and you have to log back in, over and over, really frustrating! The concierge put in a different code that lasted a few hours, then it dropped, and it was back to login in over and over again!

can still improve
I understand this is a fairly new hotel, nevertheless in the service industry... "customer service" FOR ALL is the key. The hotel needs to improve in controlling the noise. You can hear people in the hallway talking loud at 2 am. Either they put signs on the hallway or they find a way to soundproof it. The staff, particularly the front desk, can be more attentive and sensitive to their guests. When I checked in, I waited for almost 10 minutes before I got attended to because the lady was on the phone and I guess the other receptionist was on a break because she was just at the back. When I checked out, instead of checking the room thoroughly, the receptionist asked me if I took the hangers.

Well the hotel itself is new no doubt but lacking a lots of things inside the room for example people usually or really need a place that you can relax even if it’s not luxury. 1) no coffee machine 2) no hair dryer we have to call and request and need to pay 150.00 pesos for 4 hrs? 3) although the staff are friendly but they still need more training example: most of the hotel that we stayed they always aproach the customer with drinks or hot face towels to warm their faces or clean their hands something like that, that way if you experience that kind of services the more will attract customers or clients in other words people will tell their friends and family and will recommend your hotel ( word of mouth baga) just my opinion don’t get me wrong this is only my own observation either the management will comply for it or not. Thank you!

i loved the place. clean, nice, very good personal with good informations,... in future ill definitely book the place again.
