「Very nice place」

「Ants everywhere... You will get bite by ants all the time. And the sound proof was awful... You can hear clearly everything from the streets. There were bunch of kids shouting and yelling outside at the same time at night. 」

「We had to moved out from the house we rented due to its proximity and location and we found this listing online. We’ve stayed at this condo before, but it was on a different building. The property owner forgot to mentioned one of the important details such as local contact person prior to check-in. 「I booked for 5 people. 4 seniors and 1 younger adult. We were given a very small unit with 1 room. We were cramped. The sofa was not even a sofa bed, we had to improvise adding the ottochair so the legs of kuya (80 yrs) won't be hanging. Mattress were spread ON THE FLOOR . Poor Ate (73 yrs) had the difficulty to get up from the floor. Btw, the mattress has to be folded because when spread completely, it will block the door.The caretaker was apologetic but maybe forgot to report to the owner...
