There is room to park 2 cars in the driveway of the home.
For additional cars you can call the golf club house at 863-424-7916. There is a fee of $10.00 per car for overnight parking for extra vehicles.
Street Parking is not permitted from 1am - 6am.
Parking on grass, sidewalk or common area is prohibited at all times.

The clubhouse at Providence Golf Club boasts an expansive pro shop housing the latest state-of-the-art equipment and apparel, restaurant with delicious food and full-service bar, available outdoor dining on the patio that overlooks the beautiful course, and a complete practice facility with driving range and putting green.

Providence is only a 40 minute drive from the Orlando International Airport, and is situated central to all if Orlando's famous attractions. The resorts amenities include a family-oriented fitness and aquatic center with state-of-the-art exercise equipment and an activity room for aerobic classes, and other related activities. Providence's main attraction is the Providence Golf and Country Club. The golf clubhouse includes a pro shop, lounge, and restaurant with seating for 200 people. Guests can find friendly competition on the lighted tennis facilities. In addition, a lap pool for exercising and a resort-style pool complete with lounge area for socializing surround the clubhouse. Plenty of walking and biking trails meander through Providence. This spacious 6 bedroom holiday villa can comfortably accommodate a larger family or group of up to 12 people.

PLEASE NOTE:
*Electric pool heat is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation and can be added to a reservation for a daily rate that varies per home. When pool heat is requested and purchased by you, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date, and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. 3 day minimum. Cost: 3 days $116 plus tax, 4 days $140 plus tax, 5 days $164 plus tax, 6 days $188 plus tax 7 days $212 plus tax. 8+ days $30/per day plus tax.

This home is Pet Friendly, You will be allowed to bring your pet with you for an additional Non Refundable pet fee of $200 plus tax for the first two pets and $50 plus tax for each additional approved pets. You will also be required to sign a Guest pet addendum contract.

Starting May 1st the resort will be charging each guest a $10.00 fee for use of the resort pool & Gym. This will be payable at the clubhouse front desk when registering to use them.

Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests are required to complete a guest registration form prior to arrival.
