"I ordered this hotel because of the rooftop bar and pool. The bar is permanently closed and the staff wasn’t very helpful. My first night at the hotel, a random man had my passcode to the room and came in my room while we were changing. Very uncomfortable experience overall. "

"This is a good option for a lay over hotel. We were getting in late from a flight and boarding a cruise the next day. The front of house staff was friendly at arrival (11 pm). The cleaning staff was nice and welcoming in the morning. Rooms were clean, but shows some of the age of the hotel. We did not use pool or amenities, so can't provide a review there. There is breakfast in the morning for a cost. Standard breakfast you'd find at most hotels. It was very busy because of Canadian March break, so you have to plan for that timing when booking cabs/shuttles. Friendly staff, clean modest room. Good for quick stay. "
