“This property was perfect for our family of 5, 2 adults 3 teens. It was very well stocked with everything we needed, and even had extra towels and bedding. It is right downtowns Davis and you can walk almost everywhere. During spring break not everything was open, but we found plenty to do still. There is some great hiking around here with breathtaking views. Would definitely stay here again!!”

“Check in was easy - the place was very clean. 3 bathrooms were a plus. Kitchen was well-equipped, and we were thrilled with the 2 snack baskets. The main room was perfect for late night conversations. We would highly recommend this unit.”

“The location is BEAUTIFUL. This place has everything you need and more to be snowed in. Fireplace, board games, grill, plenty of pots, pans etc. We lucked out and got 8+ inches of snow over the course of the four nights we were there. I see other reviews about the place being dirty and I don’t agree. This place was super clean. My only complaint(and I’m really being picky here) is maybe have a couple extra pillows for the beds. I give this place 9 outta 10 stars. Absolutely would come back.……

“My family thoroughly enjoyed this home. That said, here are some things you need to know before going. There is no jacuzzi tub. A large walk-in shower has been substituted. The kitchen utensils can handle a large group. The ice and water dispensers on the refrigerator do not work. Be careful, items in the refrigerator will freeze. The temperature is set too low but the sign says not to change. You will need you own bed pillows. I didn't know there could be such flat bed pillows. The location is……

“We wanted to be near Timberline so we can ski all weekend. Super close to Timberline and easy access, great roomy cabin with beautiful views. We loved it.”

“The good: The house was nice. The kids loved the tower. It was cozy. There were lots of kitchenwares which was nice. There were only 6 of us, so plenty of space. The heat worked very well. The bad: There were mice. The provided snow shovel was cheap and broke easily. The downstairs bathtub had a slow leak in the drain, so no soaking time. The ugly: The trundle mattress had a brown stain right where a brown stain shouldn't be.”

“Cons: With service fees etc, cost over $1000 per night between Christmas and New Years. Driveway is very long and downhill to the house. Kitchen drawers and some cabinets were extremely overfilled and cluttered. Downstairs bathroom was clean but smelled bad, emanated to whole downstairs. Things like carpet, kitchen pans, some light fixtures were worn / wonky. Pros Hand, dish, and laundry soap included; paper towels, toilet paper too. Plenty of extra towels available. Fireplace was nice and……

“Enjoyed a weekend away in Davis, WV. Was a ladies getaway to get out and hike and see some waterfalls and we did! The condo at Beaver Ridge was in the perfect location to all the spots to explore. Easily accessible and enjoyed the two bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. The kitchen held all we needed. And the porch was lovely in the mornings as we drank our coffee. We loved the selection of books and puzzles for the evening hours.”
