Schöne Wohnung mit schlechten Betten

Schöne Wohnung, sonnig, an toller Lage mit Aussicht. Schöner Balkon, schönes Badezimmer und zweckmässige Ausstattung. Leider sehr schlechte Betten, altes ausgeleiertes Drahtuntergestell, Platte unter Matratze, Bett fällt beinahe auseinander. Bei neuen Betten würde ich die Wohnung sofort wieder mieten, so nicht.

Calme et agréable 3 pièces au centre de Davos

Location très bien équipée, avec une belle vue et calme. Appartement très propre (on est heureux en Suisse de payer le ménage qui est excellemment bien fait). Par contre, pas de wifi dans le logement et en 2020 c'est vraiment un handicap pour cet appartement et c'est sans doute rédhibitoire pour certains comme nous ou famille avec des enfants. Même si le wifi est à la réception il faut descendre de 6 étages pour le capter !

Schöne Wohnung, perfekter Service durch Rezeption, aber schlechte Betten

Rezeptionist geht wirklich auf jeden Wunsch des Gastes sofort ein; er kann aber auch die fehlenden ordentlichen Lattenroste in den Betten nicht herbeizaubern. Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön auch nach Osten, aber an der östlichen Außenwand steht die Bank des Esstisches: abends zieht es dort wie Hechtsuppe, d.h. extrem starker eiskalter Wind zieht dort entlang , so dass man dort auch mit Decke nicht sitzen kann. Im Winter nicht empfehlenswert!

Schöne Wohnung, schlechte Betten

Am Esstisch an der Ostseite zieht es abends extrem kalt. Die Betten haben keine ordentlichen Lattenroste, sondern ausgeleierte Metallgitter mit und ohne Brett zwischen Gitter und Matratze. Balkonstühle extrem unbequem und weil keine Auflagen vorhanden sind, auch zu kalt zum Sonnen.

Schöne Tage im verschneiten Davos

Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Wohnung und Einrichtung ist solide und in gutem Zustand. Die Online-Buchung ist problemlos und sehr benutzerfreundlich. Empfang, Schlüsselübergabe, Abrechnung, insgesamt 1A-Service.
