This lovely, but simple and bright property has the most wonderful views of the bay and mountains from the living room and bedrooms.

Heating is provided by a gas combi boiler. The used gas is to be paid at the end of your stay from meter reading done at start and end of your stay. The unit price approximately 4 euros.

The property is most suited for a family with up to 2 kids(that get along, as there is a bunk bed in the second bedroom) or a couple on their own.

The living room has large windows to take in the great view, it has a galley kitchen with all the appliances one needs. The bathroom only has a shower as space is limited. The bedrooms are small but adequate. One has a full size double bed and the other a full size bunk bed.

The conservatory is a great place to have your dinner and enjoy the evening sunshine.

It has broadband internet, satellite TV and a lovely garden to sit out in.

You will not regret staying in this property.

The preferred arrival and departure day is Saturday and will get the best price for 1 week starting and finishing on a Saturday. May/Jun/Jul/Aug weeks strictly start and finish on Saturday with a multiple of 7 night stay. In rest of the season there is more flexibility with changeovert dates.

You will not regret your choice for this budget.

Wunderschöner Urlaub am Ende der Straße

Ein Reh, zwei Schade und ein einmaliger Ausblick.Hier endet der Stress und die bekannte Welt. Wenn windstil ist, hört man nichts. Kein Geräusch. Die nächste echte Straße ist 2,2 km entfernt. Der Weg herauf ist einspurig.Das Apartment ist ansprechend. Es ist einen Gasherd, eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. Dadurch ist man bestens ausgestattet.Das WLAN ist leistungsstark und, wichtig, das Wasser ist frei von Chlor und kann wunderbar getrunken werden.Es lohnt sich hierhin zu kommen.

Ruhe und Entspannung garantiert

Meine Frau und ich haben unseren 12tägigen Aufenthalt in Martins schönem, sauberen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Wunderschön einsam gelegen, ganz toller Blick, sehr ruhige Umgebung, regelmäßiger Besuch von Rehen und Schafen (einmal kam sogar ein Fuchs vorbei), wunderbarer heller Wintergarten (unser Lieblingsplatz zum Essen, Lesen und auch sonst bei gelegentlichem Regen) – so gelingt ein Irlandurlaub! Das Haus ist einfach, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Martin war ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber; wir hatten gute Gespräche mit ihm und er hatte einige Ausflugstipps für uns. Vielen Dank für einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt!

Great Location

Overall fine - roof needs fixing, one or two additions would improve it - bedside tables, better shower, cistern needs attention, but the place is ideally situated for Kerry and Beara, very quiet. Useful conservatory for drying stuff. Huge picture window view of the bay, with resident deer. Like the recycling.

Der Ausblick in die Berge und auf den Meerarm mit seinen kleinen Inseln war toll! Die Ruhe dort hat sehr gut getan. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Kontakt zum Vermieter war super. Das Häuschen ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es ist aber alles da was man braucht und die Aussicht ist unschlagbar. Diese Aussicht ist ein Muss

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Der Check in Prozess und die Kommunikation waren super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist eine ältere Unterkunft, die dennoch alles bietet was man für einige schöne Tage in Irland benötigt. Auch waren die twei Gastgeber sehr sympathisch und hilfreich. Wir haben vorallem die Ruhe so unglaublich genossen. Wer diese Unterkunft bucht, sollte allerdings ein paar Skills im Autofahren mitbringen. 😉

Vue sur la baie

État de la maison un peu précaire ,qui aurait besoin D’un rafraîchissement, les tissus sont à renouveler ( rideaux .. ) humidité et odeur sont très présentes En revanche l’accueil des hôtes est très sympathique l’environnement et vue imprenable Sur la baie , font oublier l’habitat.

Très bon logement !

Très jolie petite maisonnette donnant sur la baie de Kenmare. Maison pas très récente mais avec une vue magnifique sur la baie depuis l'intérieur (véranda et salon) et le jardin. Logement très au calme, au bout d'un petit chemin pittoresque. Nous avons pu croiser des moutons et un daim sur la terrasse ! En plus des canards et des poules (silencieux) du jardin, c'est un paradis pour les enfants, et même les adultes ! Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et la communication a été très facile.

A magical place !

A sweet and cosy little house with a wonderfull view that you can't get enought of ! If you're lucky you can have inexpectited guests.. a Deer and her fawns ... passing on you door way while you're taking you morning coffee. Martin is a really nice and helpfull host an it was a real pleasure to meet him ! i warmly recommend this location

Rustic beauty in the Emerald Isle

If you are looking for a rustic experience with a coastal million dollar view this is the place for you. Would not recommend for people leary of driving on a long, winding, narrow country road or those with certain disabilities as stone steps are steep going up to property. Martin was a friendly host and you even get to feed the chickens near the property.

Einen Ausblick den man nie vergisst!

Amazing views

Martin was very upfront about the property before we booked and it was as described, bedroom for kids was tight for a family of four but big enough to enjoy, as the outside space is great. Our youngest child loved feeding the chickens and ducks that Martin had onsite and nothing better than having fresh laid eggs being available that where delish. The views from the property are amazing and we were lucky with the weather and ever changing landscape on view from the windows. Martin and family were very helpful and accommodating, for the price and location it is well worth the visit, you'll not be disappointed.

Super Ausblick beim Fruhstücken, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastfreundschaft von Martin, angenehme ruhige Lage und die gesamte Umgebung machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm . Mein einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag ist eine Aufrüstung der Küchenutensilien. Z.b Mixer, Rührgerät, kleine Löffel, allgemeine Backutenbsilien .
