  • The home offers two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a family room with a single sleeper sofa in the basement. There are two full baths, one on the main level with a tub and the other in the basement with a shower. There's plenty of paved parking for you and your family members coming together for a vacation.

    Come home and relax to a comfortable living room and basement family room after a day of seeing what the area has to offer. Get cozy in front of one of the three TVs... in the living room, the family room, or the master bedroom. Prepare a feast in the kitchen, which is stocked with the pots, pans, and cooking utensils you need. There's a microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster, and hot and cold water filter/dispenser in addition to the full-size refrigerator/freezer and stove. There's also a washer, dryer, and ironing board so you can do your laundry and press your clothes. Centralized air conditioning and heating will keep you comfortable, no matter which season you come for a visit.

    Experience the sights and sounds of Dayton and the surrounding communities. Check out the National Museum of the US Air Force and learn why Dayton is called the Birthplace of Aviation. Discover Dayton’s rich heritage of creativity, invention, and milestones in innovation that changed the nation and the world at Carillon Historical Park. Explore the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery, a children's museum, science and technology center, and zoo that focuses on science and natural history. Take your family for some entertaining arcade games and indoor rides at Scene 75 Entertainment Center. Spend a few hours and try your luck or catch a show at Hollywood Gaming at Dayton Raceway. They're all only a few minutes drive away.

A Lovely Stay

The property was easy to find, and located on the main road. The owners took care to clean and decorate the property beautifully. It was wonderful to enjoy the whole house, and the host made sure all amenities were there. So happy I made this choice for our stay!
