“Friendly staff and clean room”

“Very clean and wonderful staff. ”

“Room was clean but everything is old and dated. We couldn't get the heat to turn on and called the front desk at around midnight and got voicemail. No one responded to the message left. I was okay but my mom froze and never slept. Said she will never stay with something that has budget in the name again. Probably a good place for construction workers and such.”

“Breakfast was decent. What you would expect”

“Staff was absolutely kind, helpful and polite. The room was extremely clean and very comfortable. It was a wonderful stay and would definitely consider staying again when we travel to Sheridan in the future.”

“Nice bed, The room was ok, The common areas could do with some deep cleaning or replacing the carpet. The picture they show of the outside is either photoshoped or from years ago. There is also a train that sounds its horn quite offten out the back.”

“What else can I say about this property but…WOW! Did not really know what to expect upon check in. The staff are so welcoming, helpful, and just overall phenomenal. The rooms have an old west feel, immaculately clean and quiet, amazing bath products…I could go on and on. Breakfast is included and oh my, it is fabulous. Do not skip it! If you are ever in Sheridan, please give this lovely little inn a try! ”

“Our bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Soap rings in the shower from past guest, hair, and ponytail holders. Bedding was so old and dirty. ”

“Wouldn’t recommend. Dirty. Our room wasn’t even clean when we got into our room. Hand prints of previous guest all over the mirror. Tooth paste splatter on the other sink mirror. Dead flys and dirt on the window seal and a hotel phone that was not workable because 2 cords were left in a pile on the floor. Hallways smelled and were not taken care of. The side door to get into the hotel was wide open for anyone to come in. Staff was also rude.”

“Smoke alarm was cover with foil wasn’t a good feeling”

“Staff was marvelous. Our room HVAC was less then perfect. The room wall thermostat controls did not work, and you had to adjust the place manually. Fan would not stay running. Would cycle every 20 minutes or so. Hard to control room temperature.”

“It was quiet and affordable. You get what you pay for. No frills, minimal furnishings for a single king. Room wasn’t disgusting but wasn’t very clean, either. Bed was comfortable and the pillows smelled ok, so the room served its purpose.”

“Property was pet friendly and staff was friendly and helpful.”

“The furniture in the living room had stains all over it and was disgusting dirty, no conditioner in the bathroom, no TVs in the bedroom, Mary, low water pressure in the showers my favorite place to go will not book here again”
