Amazing Beach Studio in Daytona!

The studio is at the beach, family-friendly activities, public transport, and nightlife. You`ll love the neighborhood, the comfy beds and the outdoors space. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families
The apartment has 2 queen size beds. New furniture, new cook-top,refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Apartment includes linens, towels, 42" inch Smart HDTV includes 60+ channels and WiFi are included for your entertainment.
The space
This property is on the beach. Next Door is an amazing kids splash-pad park with a plays-cape. You will be near amazing restaurants. Great place to relax and enjoy.
Guest access
You will have the whole Studio, access to the pool (heated), hot tub, fitness and play room. Beach access is next to building.

Nice little place to stay on the beach

The building looks to be an old Hotel resort built in the 70's or 80's and has turned into some sort of condo . It looked to be under construction in some areas, the pool and hot tub in particular. The room we stayed in was clean but could use a few home improvements. The light in the bathroom is connected to the fan and it sounds like it's going to break , it was too loud to keep on for long. The bathroom could also use a shelf or something over the toilet to put toiletries on because there is no place to put stuff, it's a very small space. We liked the kitchenette , the A/C worked great , Fredrick was very quick to respond and easy to work with. This was a great little place to stay if you are on a budget and want to be on the beach. It's a very nice beach, we really enjoyed that. Thanks!
