Beware -amenities not as listed! No restaurant. No pool inside or out. No workout room. No front desk. Filthy, musty, lock on door didn’t work, view was over leaky looking food and parking lot rather than much ocean view. Elevator shook both ways. Nightmare-stay away

Daytona Beach Weekend

Pros: The condo was bright and clean. Plenty of towels. Easy beach access. The 3 pools on property were clean and convenient. Cons: The air conditioner in the kitchen/living/dining area did not work. When temperatures are in the 90s and humid, this is not acceptable. I contacted the property manager who was polite but did not resolve the issue. AC still not working when we checked out. The pull out couch was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever encountered. I requested an air mattress or cot but there wasn’t one available so I bought an air mattress from a local store. If you rent this unit and plan to use the pull out couch I suggest you bring an air mattress and use that instead. You will not be able to sleep on the pull out. I also suggest verifying that the air conditioner is working prior to checking in.

Highly recommend. Very Clean, additional benefits then a regular hotel, beach stuff, kitchen stuff ext. Provided. AMAZING location not to crowded, walgreens, Publix, shopping all across the street, liquor store, ice cream several restaurants. What more could you ask for. Definitely will return

Great place to stay

Nice space. Very clean and organized, with labels on all cabinets and drawers so you don't have to go hunting for silverware, pots, etc. Patio offers nice view of ocean to the east and bay to the west.

This is the place!

Book this one. I'm always worried if listing matches description and this was exceeded my expectations. It matches description accurately and then some. We had an amazing time and was sad to leave. Definitely book! The Walgreens staff across the street aren't so great, but this condo is a must. Also for souvenirs the big shark across the street has everything. 5/5⭐

Wonderful Vacation!

My family and I had an amazing time on our vacation. We like to book beautiful condos that make us feel “at home” and this one did that and MORE! The owner, Cathy reached out weeks before our trip to ensure that we were ready for a great time. She communicated with me up until our check in date. The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we would need to have an awesome time at the beach. (Beach chairs (4), toys, boards, hat, etc.) The condo was the perfect size for my family, with all the amenities needed to cook or store food. I HIGHLY recommend this condo to all families. It will not disappoint, and Cathy will make sure to meet all your needs!

Anazing stay!

My son and I stayed at the DBC from Feb. 19th to Feb 25th 2019. The unit we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and immaculate. Everything is within walking distance which was great as we cooked most of our meals. The resort is stunning with 3 pools and an incredible view of the ocean. The staff were friendly and always were cleaning. I will definitely be back next year.

Wonderful condo!

Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing beach vacation! Awesome views and seconds walk to the beach! Clean, nice rooms and big bathroom. Restaurants and stores of all kinds all near by! We truly enjoyed ourselves. We definitely will be back!
