Primary has a large garden tub and closet. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, dining, Pine Lakes Golf course and only minutes from the beach. Whether you are coming for a week or for a month you will enjoy your wonderful vacation. This home will easily accommodate up to 6 people.

The Space:

Large Living room, Formal dining room, Formal living room/office, completely equipped kitchen with all the chefs needs to cook delicious meals. Primary has a large garden tub and closet.


Home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, dining, Pine Lakes Golf course and only minutes from the beach. Whether you are coming for a week or for a month you will enjoy your wonderful vacation. This home will easily accommodate up to 6 people.


Pets are welcome $100 per pet fee will apply.


Pool has been converted to Salt Water.


Please note: Pool is not solar heated or heated.


There are two bicycles located in the garage for your use.

Spend the day swimming or relaxing. Crescent, Flagler, St. Augustine, Daytona, and Beverly beaches are all within 12-30 minutes of the home, so you'll get to enjoy plenty of time in the Florida sunshine.

Tuesday: Household waste Wednesday: Yard waste Friday: Recycling and Household waste Recycling goes in the plastic boxes in the garage. Household waste in the blue bin. The containers are left out at the edge of the road on the relevant day.


Arrival Notes:  
To open the front door, use the same key for both locks. Turn the top lock right and the bottom lock left to open. Reverse this to lock.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.
