This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to Pine Lakes Golf Course and only minutes from the beach. Spend the day swimming or relaxing. Crescent, Flagler, St. Augustine, Daytona, and Beverly beaches are all within 12-30 minutes of the home, so you'll get to enjoy plenty of time in the Florida sunshine. Whether you are coming for a week or for a month you will enjoy your wonderful vacation. Pets are welcome with a $100 per pet fee.

Tuesday: Household waste Wednesday: Yard waste Friday: Recycling and Household waste Recycling goes in the plastic boxes in the garage. Household waste in the blue bin. The containers are left out at the edge of the road on the relevant day.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check-in instructions.
- Pet fee is $100 per pet per stay.
- Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi-week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
- If you plan to bring a trailer or RV, we do offer secure off-site parking approximately 7-10 miles from the property for $25 per day per unit. If you’d like to reserve a space, please let us know prior to your arrival so we can add it to your reservation and provide you with the access code.
