Location good, property it’s tired need living room furniture upgrade, bathrooms and shower needs a deep clean and some upgrades, the best experience was the host ( Jeff) he did all he could to make us happy ( with what he had), would like to se some improvements for us to come back.

Low key place. Don’t stay here if you are expecting a lush high-end resort. I was a bit disappointed in its appearance and quality. For almost $1k per week, I really did expect better.

The walk across the street to the beach was short. The people were nice. There is an ice cream shop next door. Balconies all face the pool.

The condo is in a very good location and has ample room for 6. The front door had a hole, one of the shower door hinges is rusting and the leather couch had some sand when we arrived. The place has a lot of cooking utensils so we are able to stay in with the big TV on the living room. Sadly we were not given a key fob needed to get in the building and had to wait till someone opened up.

It was a nice place and in a good location. It was clean and was accurately described. The only negative thing I would say, is that I it was lacking a few things that I think should be provided. Specifically, a blow dryer, dish rag and towels, basic spices, and cleaning supplies. I was there for a month and I had to buy some wipes and a broom just to keep it from being too disgusting. Overall, it was a nice place and I would stay there again.

We used the backdoor and the palmetto kinda freaked us out near the trash can. There was no vacuum or broom on site and we couldn't clean up after ourselves. With going to the beach everyday and what was left from the prior stay made it impossible for my baby to crawl on the ground. Close to the beach good location and a overall nice condo

The rental property was very clean and had everything we needed. It was in a great location right across the street from a park near the beach. We had a maintenance problem with the doorknob, but it was promptly addressed by the agency. We will absolutely stay here again!

Overall the condo was very clean and accommodating. The master bath has a very slow drain so we didn’t end up using it after the first shower. When approaching the on-site manager with the issue, she was not friendly and told us we needed to let VRBO know of the situation and they would have to send someone out. The bed in the master bedroom is terrible and makes so much noise when you move around. It really needs to be changed out. The location is great and close to beach and grocery stores and far enough away from the strip that you don’t experience all of the noise from the tourists. Great stay overall.

Good location, across from the beach and closer to the residential areas. Updated kitchen was very nice and newer bedding than what is posted in the photos. The hall bathroom needs an update but overall this condo was very nice.

We had stayed in a number of places over the years where the other tenants of the condominiums were not friendly. THIS was wonderful, the other tenants were exceptionally wonderful. The children loved the unit we were in and I can say we had no real problems. Overall it was a wonderful experience! The ocean is right there across teh street!
