This is a beautiful 1st floor, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo at the Opus in Daytona Beach - professionally managed by Sunlit Vacation Rentals.

All of the furniture and decor was carefully selected to provide a feeling of comfort and luxury that is truly hard to come by. This unique property features a large open concept living room and kitchen. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Bedding Arrangement Includes:
Master Bedroom: King bed
2nd bedroom: 2 queen beds
3rd bedroom: Queen and a twin bed as well.
There are 2 full bathrooms in the condo. The condo will sleep up to 9 people. The unit comes stocked with top grade linens, towels, pots, pans, dishes, etc to help make your trip seamless and unforgettable. You will also enjoy a flat panel TVs in all the bedrooms.

Important Things to Note:
- Mandatory rental agreement must be completed and submitted prior to arrival
- Two parking passes provided: One for garage space and one top-deck space (first come, first served)
- Minimum age requirement applies
- Smoke-free property
- Pet-free property
- Maximum occupancy applies to all guests, including adults and children

Bringing an extra vehicle? Contact us to request offsite parking, based on availability. Rate is $100 per week plus taxes. Please note that trailer parking is not allowed.
