*Please note the pool deck and private beach access point at this complex may be closed through May 2024, conservatively. In the meantime, there is a public beach access point located directly next to this complex that guests access conveniently through the parking garage. Most guests prefer to use this access point even when the pool deck is open because it's much closer to the elevators. Like every property in the area, there's always a possibility of some construction-related noise. This noise could come from this property or neighboring properties. The city sustained hurricane damage in 2022 and ongoing construction continues throughout the city.
Completion is expected by June 2024, tentatively. Rates have already been reduced through 2024 to reflect any potential delays.

Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. The parking garage clearance is 6'8".
