Step inside to find a light-filled living room, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a peaceful bedroom on the ground floor—ideal for those seeking comfort without stairs. Modern amenities like a dishwasher, combination microwave, and two stylish bathrooms, including one with a luxurious bathtub, ensure a relaxing stay.

    Just minutes from the vibrant village of De Koog and only a short stroll or cycle from Texel’s sandy beaches, this home is perfectly positioned for both adventure and relaxation. Explore nearby cycling paths through the dunes, visit charming boutiques, or discover Texel’s natural beauty in the surrounding parks. Your private terrace and spacious garden offer a tranquil retreat after a day outdoors.

    Bring your four-legged friend along—Texel is a haven for pets! Enjoy long walks together on the pet-friendly beach at Paal 20, let them play freely in designated dog zones, or explore scenic trails through the dunes and forests.
