“The stay was just okay overall, but there were some issues that shouldn’t have happened. When we got to the room, it didn’t seem like it had been cleaned properly—there was hair in the bathroom and even a ring left behind from a previous guest, which was concerning.
On top of that, my son was really looking forward to using the pool, but it was closed by the manager because some kids weren’t following the rules. I understand enforcing policies, but it was disappointing that all guests were……
