“The location is good which is near to merto station and easy to reach Amsterdam Centraal .The room is clean and tidy. Just some of free items like tea bag, coffee capsule are not refill daily. Other than these , everything is good.

“The room is clean and comfortable. I must mention and thank the counter. In the early morning, the shuttle bus was full and we were staying outside waiting for next one (next arrival after 30 minutes), so the counter came automatically to us and offered to order taxi for us by their account. Highly appreciate by this touching behavior and hotel service!”
"We stayed there for six nights. The room is reasonably clean and most things worked.
However, the room was not cleaned after the first night. There was no button panel at the room where we could ask to clean the room. It was ok for two days. Then the rubbish bin became full and the floor a bit dusty.
On the forth evening, I approached the front desk around 9pm and asked our room be cleaned the next day. The person at the front desk took down our room number and confirmed they will get our room cleaned the next day. The next day, we went out from 8:30 am for the whole day, returned around 8:15 pm in the evening. We found that our room was not cleaned. We went to the front desk and asked about it. The person at the front desk didn’t apologise at all and turned to us to say that we should have asked the front desk in the morning. It was an irresponsible and unacceptable response and there was not any apologetic sense. Rather, we were blamed for not asking again despite we were confirmed they will arrange cleaning and we were not asked to remind the front desk in the morning.
