“The best thing about this place was the bed, very comfortable. We were on lower level, the people in upstairs room were making noise all night. The floors creaked so bad I thought they were coming through the ceiling. The bathroom was very small. The place is very dated. I would not stay again.”

“As soon as you walk in there were pieces of the floor that were broken and small pieces missing. The room door was very damaged and I could see daylight through a small hole at the bottom. The only thing worse than that was the bathroom door. Looked like someone had punched two holes in the door and both the front panel and back panel were coming off, even though someone had attempted to screw them back to the door. There was also half of what looked to be a large pill and a thermometer on top……

"The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The front desk was very friendly."
