With the pebble beach and award-winning Pier just moments from your door, you’ll enjoy an easy, level walk along the promenade to restaurants, pubs, independent shops, high-street brands, and several major supermarkets.

    Built in 1894 and sensitively renovated, the apartment blends modern convenience with charming period features—including original fireplaces in every room and beautifully detailed cornicing. Whilst this is a ground-floor apartment and it is close enough to hear the waves, it does not offer direct sea views.

    Everything is located on one level with no stairs, making it ideal for families with young children, older guests, or anyone who prefers step-free accommodation.
    A comfortable, character-filled base in one of Deal’s most sought-after spots—perfect for relaxing coastal breaks all year round.

The apartment was spacious, elegant, relaxing, well-equipped and very convenient. The host was very responsive, helpful and communicated really well. Even though it was cold outside the living room was very warm and toasty. We had no trouble with parking right outside on the road. The bedrooms were huge and lovely to have two en-suites, with very nice toiletries provided. Although we didn’t use it as it was Winter, the patio area was private and attractive. It was easy to walk into Deal with its lovely shops, pubs and restaurants and also we were straight onto the seafront with beautiful views and walks. Overall we had a lovely stay.

Lovely spacious apartment with period features just a 10 minute walk along the beach to the pier. All bedrooms a really good size and lovely nautical themed touches throughout. Cool despite it being very hot when we stayed. Lovely little backyard to chill out in the evening with a glass of wine. Excellent communication throughout from host. Thoroughly recommended.
