The beach of Deauville and its famous boards are at the end of the street, at two minutes on foot. The racecourse is at the other end of the street.

This large apartment, very bright (south-west exposure), opens onto a large living space in the entrance hall with a guest toilet. The kitchen, fully equipped, is open to the large living room.
The living room has a large sofa with a large TV screen and a dining area on the bar for four people but can accommodate up to six people.
