“Even before arrival, Mary reached out. Upon arrival she was extremely efficient, helpful and friendly! Melagrana is a beautiful hotel with a lovely outdoor patio, and evey room amenity one could need. The location is prime for access to the port, restaurants, transportation and shopping. Shower had good water temp and pressure. Bed and linens were top notch! And the breakfast was the most amazing! Thank you again for everything!”

“The hotel staff was 5 star. The room was 5 star. The only drawback is that our suite was on a main road. With the windows closed there wasn't much road noise. If we were to return, I would book a room across the street facing the bay. Those rooms are below the street. There is very little to do around the property. A rental car is a must. ”

“This hotel was pretty nice overall. It was walking distance to a beautiful beach and some restaurants, though the restaurants were quite expensive. It was also reasonably close to the port of Naoussa. While I don't know how long it would take to walk there since we had an ATV, I think it would be a 15-20min walk. “Our stay at Elements of Caldera was absolutely exceptional. The moment we arrived we were warmly greeted and given a short tour of our room, the bar, and breakfast area.
