“Overall we had a great experience. The staff were helpful, warm and overall excellent. The breakfast that came with our stay was delicious and included great and plentiful options. The hotel had a bottle of champagne and a happy honeymoon cake waiting for us in our room on arrival which was a very sweet touch. I will say two things that I was disappointed with were that although we knew the property was opened only a few weeks before we arrived, the property still being worked on and not having……

“It was a very nice hotel but we had paid for an ocean view and did not receive one. They offered to let us move rooms for our last night but who wants to pack and repack? The room we got was very dark but I will say it was spacious. The highlight for me was the restaurant! The staff there was lovely and very helpful. We had three meals there which I rarely do at a hotel. The transfer driver was also very nice. The manager was kind in meeting with us over our complaint there just wasn’t a good……

“The Ethereum is a dream. Instead of a hotel/resort it is like a day spa where you rest your head. “Helpful and nice staff. Free transportation to/from airport and port is a big advantage. Walking distance to windmills and city centre. Room is good only bad soundproof and weird design (glass-transparent toilet and a window, which means light comes in from there and no total darkness).”
