Het personeel is echt heel vriendelijk. Eten is lekker! Inrichting is wat gedateerd, gordijnen konden niet goed dicht, liet daardoor veel licht door waardoor onze baby niet goed in slaap viel. Verder is het allemaal schoon!

Empfehlenswert

Kleines feines Hotel direkt an der Elbe. Wir haben es als Zwischenstation einer Rundreise gebucht, würden aber nach unseren jetzigen Erfahrungen dort auch länger gastieren… sehr saubere Zimmer. Auch das Frühstück war wirklich ausreichend vorhanden… Der große Spielplatz vor dem Haus ist schon ein wenig in die Tage gekommen, unsere beiden Kinder hatten aber dennoch darauf sehr viel Spaß… Auch das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut, auch wenn es während unseres Besuches nicht die komplette Karte gab. Schade fanden wir das der wunderschöne und sehr große Gastro-Wintergarten nicht geöffnet hatte… dennoch würden wir dieses Hotel jederzeit gern weiter empfehlen und kommen auch gern wieder.

Ok hotel but the ladies at the check-in desk are just dry. No courtesy, no smile, no love. You will ve threated and feel like goods. We arrived 50 mins before check-in time and wanted just to register our ids, didn’t need the room yet. One lday was ln the phone speaking faster than a F1, while the other said she was really busy and pointed us to their restaurant. We decided to take again the car and go for a trip. When we returned at 6pm the desk was unattended with only message showing a phone number to call.
