“The b and b is more like an air b and b. No meals prepared bu supplies were there for breakfast. The bed was a double and I would have preferred as queen. The bed was quite firm also. E we’re the first guests this spring and the owners were not quite prepared for us. It was a pleasant stay but could have been better”

The kids loved exploring everything outside - the creek was a magical and great place to cool down, the tree house which had a great view of everything and lots of fun swings, the cool teepee, and the firepit (gas) where they were able to roast their beloved marshmallows. Us adults loved the huge kitchen with ALL its amenities, all the cozy lounging areas (we found our fav meteor shower gazing spot), the hottub with it's……

“The Guest House was perfect and just what we needed on a recent trip to Sproat Lake to visit family. It is large and spacious with a very well equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and comfortable beds. The gas fireplace in the living room was great for the cool evenings, and we enjoyed dinner on the large deck overlooking the lake. The location on the lake is beautiful - clear water, great for kids and swimmers - with stunning views even from the bedrooms in the rental unit. Janis and Martin……
