Great Family Getaway

We stayed for a long weekend in early January. Our family had a nice time. The house is well-appointed and has a lot of things to do if you are snowed in. The views are great. My family said they would defintely return.

Blue Ridge Mountain aclub

Lovely property with outstanding Mountain Views. It accommodated 4 couples perfectly. Each couple had their own bedroom with baths. Our only regret is that we did not book it for 3 nights. We hope to return next year,

Fun Times in Mountains

The property was well-kept and beautiful. We loved the views. But, there was no one at the guard gate to give us information about the property the first day we arrived. We even showed up extra early to make sure we'd be able to get the packet. The next day, the guard gate man rudely said, "Where you going?" when we were returning from an outing. We didn't realize we needed the green paper to be displayed in the front window. If you decide to leave the property, it will take you 30 minutes to get to the main road. Other than that, we had a great time.

Test Rental for July Family Vacation

Our visit was short, but we intend to return in July with other family members. The house is great! The rooms are outstanding with attached private bathrooms which will be good for our family. We loved the secret playroom for our granddaughter and the bunk beds for a 13 year old boy who is coming as a guest. They will have a blast. A very pleasant visit that sets the tone for our upcoming vacation.

Beautiful Location

We enjoyed our stay and the location and views were fabulous! Visitors need to be prepared to go to Boone or Blowing rock to eat. We were not able to get door dash to deliver and the Jasper restaurant was closed or had very limited hours. Our particular house needed a spring cleaning! Porches had bird poop and dirt, ceiling fans and light fixtures had dust and our comforter had stains. The cleanliness or lack thereof was more of a 2 or 3 star property and not in keeping with the price charged.

Needs improvements

We began the journey with being unable to get in the front door. The key is fairly working I would not accept the code. Very difficult to get through to management company – always an answering system. Standing outside with groceries waiting to get in with a frustrating store. We entered the house to discover that it was extremely dusty and had not been cleaned in a while. there was food all on the chairs, and outside furniture was difficult to enjoy by the fire because it did not been cleaned and what seem like months. Dishes were put away in the cabinets, absolutely filthy and disgusting. The dishwasher was loaded to the brim and were not clean. This was a very frustrating day considering we only had two nights there. To enter the house late afternoon, have a dishwasher fold unload and a dirty house not to mention this house is in the back of the neighborhood – this was not as expected, and not worthy of the money we spent. We should’ve been refunded but when I reached out to the company about it, they just said they were sorry I do not recommend staying at this house.
